How I Rebuilt My Own Automated LinkedIn Funnel and Landed 295 Leads + £34K Pipeline in 30 Days

Sales shouldn’t depend on energy.
That was the core idea.

I wanted to build a system where I could generate leads when I had time… and nurture them when I didn’t. So when I’m deep into operations, I don’t have to worry about sales slowing down.

I used my own LinkedIn Sales System… something I’ve been building for clients for years.. and applied it to my own business in the end of April 2025.

The goal was to create a repeatable and reliable sales machine for agency owners that works even when you’re not showing up daily.

Product development process was based lean startup framework and overall process was divided into 4 main phases

Funnel System Framework

This entire system was designed to automate lead generation, build pipeline, and separate serious people from timewasters.

It was built around 4 main stages:

Segment the leads, automate the nurture, and move them toward the sale

Phase 1
Offer + Lead Magnet Funnel

  • Aim
    To build a funnel where people come in through my content, go through the lead magnet, and automatically get pushed toward the offer.

What I did

  • Came up with an offer that was actually useful
  • Built a Notion-based audit funnel
  • Segmented leads based on sales channel + business stage
  • Setup email sequences in Brevo to send them the right offer at the right time

I use this to filter out who wants DIY stuff and who’s ready for DFY service.

LinkedIn Profile Setup

  • Aim
    Make LinkedIn my landing page

All of this to make sure the moment someone lands… they know exactly what I do and how to work with me.

What I did

  • New banner

  • Rewrote my bio

  • Shared my founder story in the About section

  • Listed services clearly

  • Added lead magnet in Featured

  • Optimized experience, volunteering, and skills

  • Got recommendations + added past awards

Phase 3
Lead Nurturing + Sales Flow

  • Aim
    Find heigh demand opportunities fro KHC with high return

Everything happens async. I just check back when I have time — and the system’s been nurturing people in the background.

Funnel Flow

Here’s how I handle it:

  • For DIY clients: I sell my £7 playbook to filter serious people

  • Then I upsell them to my £97 sales bundle

  • Then offer them the £500 Discovery offer (LinkedIn System)

  • After that: Retainer for DFY content + LinkedIn growth

Everything happens async. I just check back when I have time — and the system’s been nurturing people in the background.

Phase 4
Content Engine + Team Execution

    Build attention and stay top-of-mind

Because this isn’t something you can pull off alone.



One LinkedIn profile needs 100–125 hours/month if you want it to bring you leads.

What I did

I created a full content calendar using my own frameworks.

Every post was based on hooks, storytelling, or pain points that my audience actually feels.

Most posts hit 5k–15k impressions organically.

Behind this, I had a full setup:
