Yesterday was the shortest time I’d ever spent in my office.
I went into the office at 1 pm and signed out at 4 pm.
For the past few days, I have been slowing things down.
I am focusing a lot more on my health and other activities.
I have been socialising a lot lately.
Trying to relax and give my brain some rest from this busy routine.
I think everyone needs this every once in a while.
It is important for you.
Proper sleep. Proper Diet. Proper Exercise.
This mixture leads to high productivity.
