I am a productivity freak.

If you follow me on LinkedIn, you know this already.

The biggest challenge for me is to manage and organize tasks effectively.

I get all the ideas and to-do’s when I am:

  • Writing content
  • Going to bed
  • During morning walks

So, everything is scattered on paper notes, any book that I am reading or my notes app on my phone.

This was pretty messy and I was all over the place.

Moreover, I was spending time on things which added very little value to my work.

Tbh, I thought that I was doing great work and everything was on track.

It wasn’t until my quarterly review came.

I audited myself and found that I had taken more detracts than anyone else on the entire planet.

I decided to change things and implement a framework to simplify my task management.

After a thorough study, I found a simple framework which I could implement in Notion.

The efficient workspace framework.

My goal was to make this the backbone of all my ops.

And it didn’t let me down. My productivity was above the chart.

I was getting things done more than anybody. I felt like a superhero.

The Efficient Workspace Framework

  1. Gather all your notes, ideas, and to-do in a Notion database.
  2. Implement Eisenhower’s time matrix to prioritise tasks based on urgency and importance.
  3. Track your daily or weekly progress based on the tasks you have done. Visual boards and status updates can keep you motivated and on track.
