The biggest challenge for me is to manage and organize tasks effectively.
I get all the ideas and to-do’s when I am:
- Writing content
- Going to bed
- During morning walks
So, everything is scattered on paper notes, any book that I am reading or my notes app on my phone.
This was pretty messy and I was all over the place.
Moreover, I was spending time on things which added very little value to my work.
Tbh, I thought that I was doing great work and everything was on track.
It wasn’t until my quarterly review came.
I audited myself and found that I had taken more detracts than anyone else on the entire planet.
I decided to change things and implement a framework to simplify my task management.
After a thorough study, I found a simple framework which I could implement in Notion.

My goal was to make this the backbone of all my ops.
And it didn’t let me down. My productivity was above the chart.
I was getting things done more than anybody. I felt like a superhero.

- Gather all your notes, ideas, and to-do in a Notion database.
- Implement Eisenhower’s time matrix to prioritise tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Track your daily or weekly progress based on the tasks you have done. Visual boards and status updates can keep you motivated and on track.
